DRIVERS:  We hire safe, defensive drivers with demonstrable customer service skills.  We provide all the necessary training (e.g., First-Aid/CPR, wheelchair handling, safety).  Work scheduled shifts where you get paid for your hours, whether you are driving patients, or not.  Not a Gig-economy gig! Seeking full-time and part-time drivers. 

DISPATCHERS: Like solving problems real-time.  Help manage a fleet of up to 50 vehicles and up to 40 drivers on the road. Interact with our drivers, patients, and facilities to get patients from Point A to Point B as efficiently, safely, and predictably as possible.  We provide training and have software tools to support your decisions.  Must have the ability to multi-task, thrive under pressure, possess a can-do attitude, and enjoy a team environment.  You must have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience. 

MEDICAL RECEPTIONISTS: Customer service begins here.  Patients and their social workers contact us needing transportation.  Our medical receptionists help them book reservations and investigate options for medical insurance coverage.  We are looking for people who like helping customers solve problems.  Must have good customer interaction skills and ability to use customer relations software.  Experience in the medical field is a plus.
